Performed eighteen (18) f ield density tests on 8" waterline at stations 1 +00 to 6+00 at 4, -2
final grade. Sampled two (2) sets of five (4x8) concrete test cylinders. 1 set of test cylinders
were samples for 8" sewer line leave out at station 0+40 and parts of leave out sidewalk on the
East side of London Way. 2"" set test sample were taken on the East and West sides of
London Way for leave out sidewalk,
