I am in receipt of Jerry Parche's letter to you of November 30th regarding
median openings on Denton Tap Road. I am writing this letter to you on
behalf of the Parks of Coppell Joint Venture to confirm that Mr. Parche'
has correctly described our agreement with ABQ Development Corporation for
the location of these proposed medians and our agreement for sharing the
cost to construct the same. Please let me know if you have any further
