BRIEF DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION OF SERVICES:
Performed twelve (12) field density check tests on 1" copper short water services from lots 17
thru Lot 22, at -2' and -1' below final grade. Sampled two (2) sets of five (5) – 4x8 concrete test
cylinders for sidewalk and inlet bottoms. First set sampled for inlet bottom at station 0+24 and
0+53. Second set of test sample was for sidewalk at lot 1 and lot 7 on Heartz and Sandy Lake
Road, Picked-up one (1) set of five (5) -4x8 concrete test cylinders for transport to the lab.
