BRIEF DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION OF SERVICES:
Performed thirteen (13) field density tests on 1" short water services and foundation/lots. Eight
(8) field density tests performed at lot numbers 11, 8, 9, and 10 at center section. Four (4) field
density tests were performed at 1" short sewer service at Lot number 7 and number 8. Sampled
two (2) sets of 4 — 4x8 concrete test cylinders for sidewalk and 8" waterline tie end. Location of
1 51 samples was taken at station 0+40, 2" at lot number 2 and 3 on Heartz Road. Picked-up two
(2) sets of five — 48 concrete test cylinders for transport to the tab.
