Sampled one (1) set of five (5) — 4x8 concrete test cylinders fir sidewalk, curb and gutter.
Location of test samples was taken at Lot 1 on sidewalk and 8" waterline street repair at station
0+50. Performed twenty-seven (2 7) field density tests on V copper long water services at
stations 0+00 to 6+00 at -3', -2' and -1' grade, Picked-up two (2) sets of four (4) — 48 concrete
test cylinders for transport to the lab for testing.
