Marty,
City staff can meet you and your surveyor out there tomorrow to assist in the location of some of these control
points. If using our survey capabilities we are unable to locate them, or if they appear to have been disturbed,
we can then ask the engineer to re-set them.
Let me know your surveyor's availability tomorrow.

Ok we have found some of the benchmarks and only one of the control points. All three benchmarks on
Hammond have been located and only one control point (CR-198) has been found. Can we get these other
BM’s and CP’s reset? If so we would like to meet the surveyor onsite when they come with our surveyors and
since we want to start next Monday, is it possible to get this done by Monday?

The control should be in place. I sent the engineer an email asking for the files. I thought they had given you a
CD at the pre-con.

Attached are the pages from the addendum that were not included in your
executed contract. Please add these to your copy. I have the artwork
for the sign face in electronic format, and will make it available in
the preferred file type of your sign manufacturer. Please let me know
what they need.
I also left you a message yesterday about John Burns Construction.
They do not appear on our list of approved Atmos installers. The three
vendors on our approved list were the only ones that appeared to be
acceptable to all franchise utility companies. If you have
documentation from the franchise utilities that John Burns is acceptable
to perform the joint trench work, please provide it for our
consideration.

send them to? There were 30MB of attachments on the email so maybe it didn’t go through? It never
