This is a follow up email to our discussion.
Not upgrading the 36” pipe to a 42” pipe between the two junction boxes on Bethel Road raises the HGL by
0.70’ upstream. The SD lines that are affected by this difference are SD Lines C, D, G, H, J, S and the S. Coppell
System.
The HGL approaches top of pavement along Lines C (at Bethel) and H (between Travis St and the South
Townhomes) however the additional 0.70’ does not exceed the top of pavement elevations.
Due to the difficulty of replacing the pipe in that location, I recommend leaving the 36” RCP in place between
the two concrete boxes.
