Chris,
There are conversations taking place between the developer and Verizon, and perhaps even between Verizon
and the contractor that may impact how this is done. I'll let you all know when I have more information.

Keith, I’m sorry for the confusion. I was reversed on the alley conduit behind Travis.
I gave the correct direction to the utilities; I just reversed it in my previous email to you.
We need everyone on the South side of that alley.
Regards,
Chris

Keith, just to keep you in the loop….
We notified each of the utilities (Verizon and Atmos) that we had reviewed their conduit plans and asked them
to revise to accommodate the ONCOR plan in as many areas as possible.
The primary area was the alley to the South of Travis St (behind the 12 residences). They had both shown their
conduits on the South side of the alley but Oncor was installing on the North side of the alley. We need all
conduits on the North side.
I marked up their differences on their plans and distributed.

I will let you know if we hear back from them.
Have they contacted you on any of their conduit construction plans?
Regards,
Chris
PS. Atmos (George Long) sent me his plan on 24 Oct. He stated that he had sent this revised plan to Greg
Yancey in August. It still only reflected the 38 vs. the current 42 townhome plan. So I’m not sure how accurate
their plan is.
