Re: Denton Tap Median Breaks
Dear Jerry:
In response to your letter of November 9th, I have confirmed that the
Parks of Coppell Joint Venture approves the following stations for center
lines of proposed median openings:
The first opening south of Parkway Blvd. - 186+98
The second opening south of Parkway Blvd. - 182+44
Mills Lane Intersection - 178+15 *
*Or whatever station lines up with the existing center line of the Mills
Lane intersection.
Regarding your c~ent about 75 foot wide openings versus 60 foot wide
openings, PCJV is willing to accept the standard width median opening
required by the City of Coppell.
You are correct that PCJV does not desire to have left hand turn lanes
constructed at this time to serve south bound traffic.
As ir~icated in your letter of November 8th, I will assume that you will
furnish sketches of these agreed median opening locations to the City of
Coppell. Please send us a copy also.
