RE: Bethel School Road/Harris Street
Dear Mike:
Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to final acceptance of the referenced project:
1) Complete all items on the punch lists generated from walk throughs by the utility
and street departments.
2) Install fence, gate, and 'private drive' signs at the north and south ends of the
abandoned section of Bethel School Road.
3) Install pavement markings including raised markings south bound on Harris
through pavement width transition section and reflectorized material on nose of
median at the entrance to Chautauqua Addition.
4) Renew water service that was damaged during street construction at 212 Bethel
School Road.
5) Repair damaged sprinkler systems and re-sod disturbed areas adjacent to existing
houses on Bethel School and Harris Streets.
6)Submit the necessary maintenance bonds and as-built plans.
This letter is intended to assist you in acquiring final acceptance on this project, and in no way
relieves the developer or contractors of their responsibilities under the terms of the agreement.
