NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Caudill:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on
January 9, 2012. For purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start on that date.
Three hundred (300) Calendar Days were bid on this project for completion of work.
Therefore, we anticipate the project being complete by November 4, 2012.
As mentioned in the pre- construction conference, we anticipate holding project update
meetings onsite every two weeks during the course of construction. The first meeting will
be scheduled for Friday, January 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. on the job site.
