Barry,
Sam has mentioned a couple of issues that the city of Coppell has. The transfer at 516 Bethel Rd and
the tree trimming on 569 Coppell rd. need to be worked as soon as you can get to them. The transfer
at 516 Bethel is on the side of the house. The tree trimming has ivy growing up onto our cable mid
span and is pulling the span down. Please respond to this E-mail as soon as these are complete.

The issue of the anchor and down guy in the sidewalk is TV. It is located across the street from the
church.

Look at these and see what needs to be done,
1. If the anchor is ours, I think all they are wanting is a guy Guard placed, don't know if
we can relocate or remove it.
2. Transfer could be ours?
3. Tree trimming will bill to operations.
These are complaints from the City of Coppell.

1. Guy wire that used to be sidewalk guy, but now has no guard and is straight. Location
is on vacant lot around 598 or 699 Denton Tap rd in Coppell. George Marshall called
about it.
2. Pole Transfer at 516 Bethel Rd.
3. Tree on cable at 569 Coppell Rd. Remove tree and re-sag. Paul Adams requested.
