That is correct, we would have a total of 6 cyls. If you decide not to test the 7 day, please give me a minimum 1
or 3 day strength requirement. 75% of the required 28 day strength is typical.

I would agree with you. I was talking with Larry about the 1 day or 3 day breaks in addition to the 7 and 28 day
breaks. If we are requesting 1 or 3 day breaks and they come back above the 28 day spec then I don't think we
would need to perform 7 day breaks but we would still need 28 day breaks. As it is we are opening driveways
prior to receiving the results from you anyway. If we are asking for 1 or 3 day breaks I would assume you are
collecting samples for (1 or 3), 7 and 28 day.
Thank You, George

George,
Larry has asked me to explain the cost savings if cylinders are not tested. The cost of cyl. testing covers the
material (cyl mold) lab tech to strip, mark, store, test and report the test results. The cost of cyls. on this
project is $14.00. We can charge $10.00 for cyls. not tested. I would recommend that we test 28 day cyls.
regardless of early test results because the project is based on 28 day results. Please let me know if you have
any other questions.
