Hi George. Per our earlier phone conversation, below are DART Engineering's comments. I talked to Mr. Dupre
this morning and he is forwarding me his company's incorporation certificate that establishes title. Please send
me the revised drawing that addresses DART Engineering's comments and the supporting documentation that
shows Mr. Dupre entered the contract with the City of Coppell and signed on behalf of 3D Paving & Contracting.

ENGINEERING COMMENTS
(1) Please show the DART right-of-way line crossing South Denton Tap Road. Usually, the Railroad is in place
before the road/street/highway and has title to the property.
The road/street/highway usually just has an agreement with the Railroad for use of the right-of-way.

I hope at this point you have received our submittal on the Denton Tap Sidewalk project. Are there any items
that stand out as needed design changes? We are conducting a pre-bid meeting today at 2. I would love to
address any needed revisions prior to accepting bids. Also, the track crossing upgrade is finished by Trackworks.
