As per the December 13, 2011 preconstruction meeting and project specifications, Tiseo Paving
Company will be responsible for paying f6r any retesting of construction materials for the above
referenced project.
As such, enclosed is a copy of our fee schedule along with the Agreement for Materials Engineering
and Related Construction Observation and Materials Testing Services. Please sign the Agreement
page and mail it to us prior to the start of construction and the necessity for any possible retests.
