We incorporated the apartment units into the total unit count. The original density utilized was 3.49 people/unit. If the same density is applied to both houses & apartment units, the new density is 2.73 people/unit. You can see that it changes the distribution quite a bit. We did use 1 people/unit on assisted living only. Let me know your thoughts & if you think that we should use a different density for apartments vs single family. Jessica Brown, P.E.
