The population estimates that are significantly different are the only ones in question. In TSZ 6076, it appears as though the 235 Mobile Homes units were not included.  Please include the population for both 2011 and 2021 at 1433. In TSZ 6079, the population for 2011 should read 3,080 and for 2021 should read 3,165. In TSZ 6080, the population for 2011 should read 2,514 and for 2021 should read 2,596.  This TSZ currently has 356 single family units and 734 multifamily. In TSZ 6083,  the population for both 2011 and 2021 should read 3,592. In TSZ 6084,  the population for both 2011 and 2021 should read 5,065.  This includes 671 single family units (x 2.94), 1,328 multifamily units (x 2) and 437 units at St. Joseph's Village (x 1).   Could you please send a map depicting what was used in the calculations for the commercial acreage (ie those parcels you considered commercial)?    Thanks, Matt       Matthew Steer, AICP City Planner City of Coppell Phone: 972-304-3559 Fax: 972-304-7092            Please consider the environment before printing this email. www.coppelltx.gov     >>> Jessica Brown <JLB@freese.com> 8/29/2011 9:19 AM >>> Matt, Ken and George,   Attached is the latest map of land use assumptions by TSZ, which includes 2011 and 2021 population and commercial acreage.  The population was recalculated using 2 people/unit for multifamily and 2.94 people/unit for residential.  There are a few TSZs where the land use changed from existing conditions to future/buildout file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4E5E1F48City...12/15/2011 Page 2 of 2 conditions.  I've listed the reason for each below.  We have two options - we can have the commercial acreage decrease, or since this only for 2021 and not buildout, we could hold them steady in those TSZs.    In TSZs 6152, 6084 and 40338, Developed Nonresidential land use changed to Urban Residential.           In TSZs 6009, 6080 and 6012, Institutional changed to Residential.           In TSZ 40211, Developed Nonresidential changed to Residential.            Please let me know any comments you have and your thoughts on the commercial acreage.  Thank you!   Jessica L.
