Figure 1 shows the areas included in the commercial acreage calculation of the 2011 estimates in green. Figure 2 shows the commercial acreage included in the calculation of the 2021 projections in green. Figure 3 is the updated population by TSZ (commercial acreage didn’t change) based on Matt’s last email. The previous 2011 population (before the changes was 38,659. With the changes made, the 2011 population increases to 39,913. Please let me know if the City is OK with this increase (which will decrease the amount of growth we were showing).
