WA1005-CS110913 Page 1 of 2 George Marshall - RE: Confirmation of Tie-in From:   Jessica Brown <JLB@freese.com> To:   George Marshall <gmarshall@coppelltx.gov> Date:   9/13/2011 12:08 PM Subject:   RE: Confirmation of Tie-in CC:   Jessica Vassar <jbv@freese.com>, Michael Garza <MGARZA@coppelltx.gov>   George,   We loaded in the 0.8 MGD from the QT/Dividend development and started to add flow from the proposed Cypress Waters development.  Of the options you are proposing below, the best of the three locations is Option C.  There is surcharging in this line from the point of tie-in down to Beltline/Southwestern.  The largest amount of surcharging occurs in the manholes south of Wrangler just north of where the 12ā€ line ties in (that runs east/west just south of Wrangler).  There are no overflows, but the surcharging gets within 3’ of the rim of the manhole (using a peaking factor of 4.0 for the rest of the system).   The amount of flow that can be accommodated from Cypress Waters with the 0.8 MGD from QT/Dividend is 0.25 MGD with the flow conditions mentioned above, also with tying in at Option C.  Let me know if you need additional information or if we need to look further at the other tie-in locations, but I know that the capacity available at the other two tie-in locations is reduced from what I’m showing above.   Jessica L.
