I checked with the Assistant VP of Commercial Development for DFW and he verified that they hope to have
their area developed by 2021.

We wanted to triple check our land use assumptions for the impact fee study. I've attached a map showing the
areas that will change from Other in 2011 to Commercial in 2021. Please let me know if this matches your plan.
On this map any areas that stay commercial are shown in yellow.
