Mr. Marvin was also kind enough to attach a copy of the claim notice you filled out and the invoice submitted to you by The Sprinkler Specialists. As a rule, Pavement Services always informs residents in the neighborhood that they are performing street repairs just in case we run into incidents such as this, we have staffed individuals who have the expertise to repair uncomplicated damages such as yours. I understand that during the time of this incident, the stated property was vacant, but according to claim notice you provided the City of Coppell one of your neighbors did inform you that Pavement Services was the Company who performed the work at 428 Greenridge Dr. In reviewing my file, I do not recall that we ever received a phone call from yourself informing us of any problems or damages. Please note: Pavement Services would have incurred a total of $20.00 to replace the rotor head and repair the pvc pipe at your residence, but in order to be fair to both parties, we are agreeing to pay half of the invoice you received.
