In a previous markup the costs were stated to have been: Freeport Parkway (Sandy Lake to SH 121) – 20% of 8,370,421 = $1,674,084 Freeport Parkway (Sandy Lake to Ruby) – 20% of 5,150,000 = $1,030,000 On, the other hand the estimates are shown to be: Freeport Parkway (Sandy Lake to SH 121) – Total City Cost - $1,140,436 Freeport Parkway (Sandy Lake to Ruby) – Total City Cost - $1,627,609 Have the estimates been revised since 2005?
