Ken – Dowdey Anderson made a minor revision to the Fully Developed Flood Study for Carter Addition Phase III
and have sent a revised copy to me. They will also forward a revised copy to you for City records. The change
did not affect the CLOMR document.
I have reviewed the revised Fully Developed Flood Study and CLOMR, and DAA has addressed all of my technical
comments. I will email an approval letter do you tomorrow.
DAA’s environmental consultant is still working on preparing documents to show compliance with the
Endangered Species Act, so I would recommend waiting until you have a copy of the documentation before
signing the CLOMR for submittal to FEMA. I will document this in the approval letter.
