Marty,
The developer and his engineer are preparing finished grading plans for the residential section. I expect to see
those by the end of the week. We will send them to you for review and pricing once we have had a chance to
look at them.
The rest of the area should be left with positive drainage (no ponding of water).

The plans we have for the grading on the lots is very vague and rough. The contours in some places just stop in
the middle of the pads and there are no swales between lots or finish pad grades shown. What are we going to
be held to on these lots as far as a finished grade or is there one?
