Re: Bethel School Road/Harris Street Construction
Dear Mr. Daniel:
I have received and reviewed the referenced plans and find that they are
in general conformance with the City of Coppell's subdivision and street
requirements. There has been some discussion about phasing the
construction of Harris Street. If this option is to be pursued, a revised
sheet 1 should be submitted showing a Phase I and Phase II construction.
Also, prior to any construction, the final plat for Country Estates will
be required to be filed to provide for adequate R.O.W. dedication. To
proceed with the construction of Harris Street will also require the
typical items to be completed such as preconstruction conferences,
contracts, payments of inspection fees, etc.
