At a regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Dallas
County, Texas held on December 31, 1979 , on motion made by
Roy Orr , Commissioner of District #4 , and
seconded by Nancy E. Judy , Commissioner of District #g
the following order was adopted: '
WHEREAS, the Bethel-Belt Line-Esters, Project 310, is a part
of the 1977 Bond Program; and
WHEREAS, by resolution the City of Coppell has requested a
revision in the scope of this project, since it is no longer feasible
to assure a grade separation at I.H. 635 and an extension of Esters
Road to the south; and
WHEREAS, said City resolution requests that funds for this
project be applied to the development of Esters Road from Bethel Road
west of Coppell Road to Cotton Road, along with funds to be provided
by the City for the~purpose of upgrading the existing two lane asphalt
road; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works concurs with said request
and recommends that said resolution be approved.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by this Comm-
issioners' Court that funds in said 1977 Bond Program, Project 310
be applied, along with City funding, to the improvement of Esters
Road from Bethel Road to Cotton Road in the City of Coppell, Texas.
