Contract with railroad
I spoke with Doyle Gibson by long-distance telephone this date and
he guarantees full payment of the $112,000 by the railroad. He re-
quests that we continue immediately with execution of the contract
and construction of the road. He also stated that he would appreciate
any refund from either the City or the property owners if anything
can be worked out.
