Red Hawk-CS120113 Page 1 of 1 Rhonda Adloo - Red Hawk From:   Michael Garza     To:Terry Holmes Date:   1/13/2012 11:36 AM Subject:   Red Hawk     CC:Lynn Kadleck;  Rhonda Adloo   Terry, There are several items that you need to be aware of prior to paving your site:  We still need location verification of the water and sanitary sewer that you did a field change.  There are federal and state requirements on separation of water and sewer and I would like to make sure that you are meeting those requirements. I would hate for you to pour your street section and have to remove it because you do not meet the requirements.  There are several other utilities that you moved in the field such as inlets, storm drain and fire hydrants that need to be verified prior to pouring.    Also you will not be allowed to work on Monday since it is a holiday and nobody will be here. Over the Christmas break you had the utility contractor working on a holiday which was not acceptable, we may ask you to remove that paving section that was poured in Bethel School since we did not have an inspector working.   Also, during the plan review process we required the steel to be #4 bars since our details were in the process of being updated.  It was noted on the first page of the paving plan as we required.  I know some of the other sheets still say to follow the city of coppell standard construction details, however the first page of our details says the City has the right to change any detail at anytime.   If you have any questions please contact me at your convenience.   thanks, Mike file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4F101722City_o...1/13/2012
