* Total depth was measured from pier bottom to the top of the form. . •
** Approximately 16" of water was present at the bottom of the pier hole. The water was pumped out prior to concrete placement.
* ** A30 "x30" footing with 3'4" thickness was observed in place of pier #P6. Based on Frank of Tiseo Paving pier #p6 was replaced,
in coordination with the City of Coppell, by this footing. Also pier #P2 was not installed at this time. It is our understanding that
pier #P2 may be installed in the future - if and when directed by the City of Coppell.
