Consider approval of entering into supplemental agreements with TXU Electric Delivery Company for street lighting
services on West Sandy Lake Road, from S.H. 121 to Coppell Road, and on Royal Lane, south of Sandy Lake Road, in.
an amount of $65,800.86 as provided for in CIP funds; and authorizing the City Manager to sign.
GOAL(S):
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Approval of the supplemental agreements with TXU will provide for the installation of 30 new street standards and
street lights along West Sandy Lake Road and the installation of 7 street lights on existing standards on Royal Lane.
Ail foundations and conduit were included as part of the original project scope and are being installed by the street
contractor, Tiseo Paving Company.
Staff will be available to answer any questions at the council meeting.
FINANCIAL COMMENTS:
Funds are available in Street CIP accounts for this project.

SUPPLEMENT TO
THE AGREEMENT FOR STREET LIGHTING SERVICE BY AND BETWEEN
TXU ELECTRIC DELIVERY COMPANY AND THE CITY OF COPPELL
DATED 6 -9 -93
This Supplement. ( "Supplement ") to the Agreement for Street Lighting Service dated 6 -9 -93
( "Agreement "), is made and entered into this 9`' day of November, 2006, by TXU Electric Delivery
Company and The City of Coppell ( "Customer ") both hereinafter referred to as the "Parties." In
consideration of the mutual promises and undertakings herein set forth, the Parties hereby agree to amend
the Agreement as follows:
The following Request for Street Lighting Service is hereby added to the Agreement:
Request for Street Lighting Service dated 6 -9 -93 attached hereto.
This Supplement shall become effective upon execution by the Parties.
This Supplement is subject to the terms and conditions of the A
4. If Customer has arranged for its designated agent or representative ("Customer's Agent ") to pay
to Company the contribution -in- aid -of- construction ( "CIAC ") referenced in the Agreement, then
Customer's Agent shall execute this Amendment for the sole purpose of establishing such agents
agreement to pay such CIAC.
Except as otherwise provided herein, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in
accordance with its terms.
IN WITNESS HEREOF, the Parties have caused this Supplement to be executed in several counterparts,
each of which shall be deemed an original but all shall constitute one and the same instrument.

SUPPLEMENT TO
THE AGREEMENT FOR STREET LIGHTING SERVICE BY AND BETWEEN
TXU ELECTRIC DELIVERY COMPANY AND THE CITY OF COPPELL
DATED 6 -9 -93
This Supplement ( "Supplement ") to the Agreement for Street Lighting Service dated 6 -9 -93
( "Agreement ") is made and entered into this 15` day of November, 2006, by TXU Electric Delivery
Company and The City of Coppell ("Customer ") both hereinafter referred to as the "Parties." h
consideration of the mutual promises and undertakings herein set forth, the Parties hereby agree to amend
the Agreement as follows:
1 The following Request for Street Lighting Service is hereby added to the Agreement:
Request for Street Lighting Service dated 6 -9 -93 attached hereto.
2 • This Supplement shall become effective upon execution by the Parties.
3. This Supplement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
4. If Customer has arranged for its designated agent or representative ("Customer's Agent ") to pay
to Company the contribution -in- a'1
agreement to pay such CIAC. d - of - construction ( "CIAC ") referenced in the Agreement, then
Customer's Agent shall execute this Amendment for the sole purpose of establishing such agents
5. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in
accordance with its terms.
IN WITNESS HEREOF, the Parties have caused this Supplement to be executed in several counterparts,
each of which shall be deemed an original but all shall constitute one and the same instniment
