Dear Mr. Albert:
Mr. Larry Davis, Public Works Inspector for the city of Coppell,
requested that since we were the engineers for the above
referenced project that we contact you regarding one year
warranty work. In his opinion, an adequate amount of time has
elapsed since his first correspondence to you to respond and/or
make the necessary repairs. Copies of his letters are attached.
We are requesting, at this time, that you honor your one year
warranty on this project and address the items in Mr. Davis's
letters or contact Mr. Davis personally to advise him of your
decisions.
