LAND AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between, The Holmes Builders( "Landlord ") and Tiseo
Paving Company, Inc. ( "Tenant ").
1. Landlord hereby allows Tenant (Tiseo Paving Company) the use of the following Real Property
for storage of miscellaneous items to reconstruct Deforest Road, (the "Property") is located in the
City of Coppell and more particularly Lot 2, Block A Windsor Estates.
2. Tenant and subcontractors agree to supply exces from Deforest Rd in exchange for the
use of said property for the duration of project.

3. Landlord/Tenant may terminate agreement at any time by giving thirty (30) days written notice of
its intent to so terminate the agreement.
4. Tenant shall conduct its business on the premises in accordance with all rules, laws, ordinances,
and regulations of all cities, counties, states, the Federal Government and Agencies.
5. Tenant agrees to, and does, indemnify, defend, and hold Landlord harmless of and from any loss
and / or liability of any nature arising out of, or relating to, the use and occupancy of the property
and areas by Tenant, its agents, employees, invitees, subcontractors and third parties.
6. Tenant agrees to remove all debris, equipment and extraneous material from the Property and
blade and clean upon vacating.
7. Tenant shall, during the term of this agreement, maintain the Property in a neat and orderly
manner.
8. Tenant shall provide Landlord with a certificate of insurance, naming Landlord as an additional
insured, showing public liability and property damage insurance with limits not Tess than
$1,000,000.00 and workers compensation insurance in an amount not less than required by law.
