I appologize for the complications, we have been trying to back fill but
the rain keeps hendering us, everytime we go to back fill it either starts
raining or it is washing out the back fill before we can compact, but we
will get the problems fixed and ho ully get back to back filling as soon
as possible.

The steel plates over your utility adjustment have become a hazard to
traffic. The asphalt is caving in and the roadway had to be partially
closed last Friday. Please complete the proper backfill with densities
as soon as possible.
