RE: BETHEL SCHOOL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS (HEARTZ ROAD TO MOORE RO~)
Dear Mr. Bell:
The purpose of this letter is for notification that the above listed
project will require warrant work under your one year maintenance bond.
1. Route and seal all asphalt joints and separations in paving
section.
2. Patch holes in paving at Hunters Ridge.
3. Route and seal the curb and gutter at the driveway of 501
Hunters Ridge.
4. Replace missing fire hydrant marker at Hunters Ridge.
5. Patch honeycomb at drop inlet near 316 Bethel School Road.
6. Remove and replace curb at 401 Rolling Hills.
7. Repair paving section holding water on the southeast side of
Hunters Ridge.
Please respond and make repairs as soon as possible.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please advise.
