AFTER P&Z
1. Fire lane radius should be 30' inside and 54' outside.
2. Label the floodplain clearly and show the current effective floodplain.
3. The headwalls will need to be on piers.
4. Include the drainage area map and calculations.
5. The utilities and drainage will be evaluated further during detailed engineering plan review.
