The sanitary sewer should tie into an existing manhole, we do not want any additional manholes. 2. The water line will have specific comments during detailed engineering plan review. 3. The runoff will need to be picked up before it turns down Legacy Court, we do not allow valley gutters in the street section. 4. The drainage will be evaluated further during detailed plan review, specifically along Carter. 5. Label floodplain per CLOMR and the current effective map. Label easements clearly. 2. The water line easement will need to be filed prior to beginning work. 3. You will need approval from DART for the storm drain outfall. 4. Approval needed from Explorer Pipeline for crossing with the storm drain. 5. Clean up the plat, turn off topo, etc.
