Dear Mr. Elium:
We are enclosing a copy of the last Construction Report re-
ceived which notes our comments in describing the work per-
formed. This will greatly assist us in preparing the monthly
progress reports. Please review this with Mr. Barnett; however,
if you feel we need to discuss this further, we will be happy
to meet with you at your convenience.
Through May 15, the Time Used should be 40 days rather than the
indicated 29 days. The Contractor's time began on April 6, 1981.
