Ken,
We are addressing final City of Dallas comments and submitting final plans for construction of the water and
wastewater infrastructure related to the Cypress Waters development. I have attached the water and
wastewater plans showing the connections to the City of Coppell infrastructure in Beltline Road.
Regarding the wastewater connection, Brad Moss is finalizing the letter agreement between Billingsley and the
Leslie Tract property owner. A copy of this agreement will be sent to you after it is executed.
Regarding the water connection, we have placed the meter in an easement that will be dedicated to the City of
Coppell. The easement legal description and exhibit is currently being prepared and will be sent to you upon
completion.
Billingsley will be awarding the water and wastewater infrastructure construction contract to Gracon Construction
and we have a pre-construction meeting scheduled with the City of Dallas for November 1, 2011.
Is there anything else that you need prior to final approval?
