Attached are the revised Water Easements that reflect your comment to extend the water easement out to the
existing ROW line in lieu of the proposed ROW line. We have the water easements broken in two b/c
Billingsley is working on a new ownership entity for the proposed ROW prior to the plat being filed. Once the
ownership entity has taken place then we will modify the ownership description in the legal description. This
should not affect your review however, so please forward this on to your attorney’s office for review.

Attached is the proposed water easement on Billingsley Property for the water transmission main and meter.
Kimley-Horn prepared the legal description and exhibit, and the front end language is the City standard Water
Utility Easement Language. Billingsley has already reviewed your front end language and did not have any
comments.
Please let me know how we can expedite this easement filing.
