Being a 0.041 acre tract of land in the David Myers Survey, Abstract
No. 886 in Dallas County Texas, and being a portion of that certain 2.05
acres conveyed to the Trinity~River Authority of Texas recorded in
Volume 73113 Page 0831 of the Dallas County Deed Records and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of aforementioned 2.05 acres, said
point being in the southwesterly right of way line of Sandy Lake Road
(a 80 foot right of way).
Thence along said southwesterly right of way line S 53° 26' 45" E
(Deed S 52° 45' E) a distance of 73.81 feet to a point in a curve to the
right, from which the radius point bears N 01° 57' 41" W a distance of
552.50 feet.
Thence departing said right of way line along said curve to the
right through a central angle of O8~ 311 46" ahd ab arc length of 82.25
feet to point in the west line of aforementioned 2.05 acre tract,
from which the radius point bears N 06° 34' 04" E a distance of 552.50
feet.
Thence N 29° 17' 50" E along said west line of the 2.05 acres,
a distance of 46~62 feet to the point of beginning, and containing
O.041 acres of land more or less.
