George,
Hi. I hope all is well in your office. I have a question. You are currently using a lot (Holmes owned) in
our neighborhood to store all of your dirt/rock supplies for the construction of DeForest Road. Although, I
understand that you have to put it somewhere, we have some very upset neighbors who are trying to sell
homes. You can imagine how bad that looks right now. I have to ask, did you receive permission from
Holmes to use the lot? Are you paying him? I assume that would be of public record. If so, how much?
It violates the CCRs of our neighborhood, of course, to use the lots for nonresidential purposes and as an
HOA we never received anything from the city requesting this change. We are holding a meeting next
week and this topic is sure to come up. Can you please fill me in?
