I'm sending you this so you'll be aware when/if it happens...Royal Oaks was originally assessed for 5/8"
residential meters but somewhere along the line decided on 1" instead. This new assessment (attached) for
water impact/meters/sewer impact is based on 1" meters.
Mike G. arranged with BI that the homebuilder (American Legend Homes) can pay for the impact fees and the
meters at BI then take the receipt to PW to get the 1" meters. Gentlemen, correct me if this is wrong.
Also, Marc Zett came in to pay the Erosion Control Bond and mentioned that he will take these new numbers to
American Legend and they may ultimately decide to go back to the 5/8" meters. If that is the case, use the old
assessment because they can get the meters at BI then.
