Dear Mr. Elium:
This letter is being written to you at the request of our Mr.
Wilson Shaw, Superintendent, regarding captioned matter.
American Petrofina Pipe Line Company will encase its 6-inch
petroleum products pipeline at captioned location with 250 wall
thickness 10-inch pipe under Ester Road and beyond your 60-i~ch
storm sewer line. While we are encasing this pipeline, we can
probably lower it some 10 to 12 inches which we believe wil%fnot
interfere with your storm sewer. /
We have a contractor who will furnish all pipe, material,
labor, insurance, etc., at a cost of $60 per foot. We can begin on
this work immediately after you notify us and agree to reimburse us
for this cost and expense.
