ST0301-ES051208T H E C I T Y O F COPPELL F , q December 8, 2005 Mr. Jalal Khorrami 449 Bethel Road Coppell, Texas 75019 -4417 RE: Bethel Road II ST 03 -01 Parcel 18 — Permanent Right -of -Way Dear Mr. Khorrami: The City of Coppell is currently working with the engineering firm of Freese & Nichols to design the Bethel Road II project. The project will consist of the reconstruction of Bethel Road from Freeport Parkway to Denton Tap Road, and Coppell Road from Bethel Road to Cooper Lane. The existing two -lane asphalt roadways will be reconstructed as two -lane concrete roadways with improved drainage and sidewalks. The work will also include the installation of traffic signals, and landscaping and enhanced pavement in the Old Coppell area. The project is in the final design phase, and the city is in the process of acquiring right -of -way and easements from 24 parcels within the project limits. It will be necessary to acquire permanent right -of -way from your properties located at 449 Bethel Road and 701Coppell Road. The properties have been designated as Parcel 18 on the 'Bethel Road Proposed Right -of -Way Map'. The right -of -way is needed for the construction of on- street parking, and the sidewalk/trail system. With this letter I am providing a copy of the legal description and plat for Parcel 18. Please review the enclosed documents and let me know if you have any questions or if you wish to view the construction plans.
