The drainage plan submitted by Cole Brown is acceptable as shown. We would like a copy of the private
easement document for the drainage system or the HOA agreement that states the property owners are
responsible for maintenance of the drainage pipe. Also, we will inspect the tie-in into the back of the inlet.
