This letter is your authorization to commence work on the above referenced
project on or before April 6, 1981, and all work shall be substantially com-
plete within two hundred eighty (280) consecutive calendar days thereafter.
Your contract completion date is, therefore, established as January 10, 1982.
With your acceptance of this Notice to Proceed, please sign in the appropriate
space below, retain one copy for your files, and return two copies to this
office.
