RE: Esters Road Improvements
Dear Mr. Elium:
This letter will confirm our agreement to pay our pro
rata share of improvements to Esters Road. Our pro rata share
will be based on a previously agreed to formula of allocation
among the property owners. We anticipate that our portion of
these improvements will be approximately $100,000.00.
