Th£s letter is to advise you of our intent, as property
owners, to participate in the approximate $300,000 costs
for the above referenced improvements.
It is my understanding that the exact costs per landowner,
will be determined, based on a participation formula to
be agreed upon at a later date.
We appreciate your cooperation in moving this project
forward, as we will begin cemplete operation of our
facilities on August 3, 1981.
