Dear Mr. Elium:
Per our telephone conversation today, we understand that you
have received a low bid of approximately $900,000 for the
paving and drainage structures on Esters Road in the City of
Coppell, including a portion of Cotton Road near its inter-
section with Esters.
This is to advise that our company is prepared to fund our
pro rata share of the project, amounting to approximately
one-third of the total cost, or about $300,000. As soon as
you know the exact pro rata share please advise and we will
deposit the funds.
