The permit application package and check has been delivered to the City. George Marshall told me that they
would be in touch with you to schedule a precon meeting. It will likely be the first week of January. I hope

Prior to cutting the check for the inspection fee, I wanted to get your buy off on the amount. The two
attached pdf files show all the unit prices from the contractor while the separate excel file includes only
those items within the City of Coppell ROW and easement. Once I get your confirmation on the amount, I
will get the owner to cut the check.
